CMARIX US Business Trip 2026: Meet Our Leaders in Miami and New York
Table of Contents

This September, our CEO and Executive Director are traveling to the United States for meetings with business owners, technology leaders, and prospective partners. The trip runs from September 14 to October 1.

  • Miami from September 14–22
  • New York from September 24 to October 1

We wanted to share why this trip matters to us, because it’s easy to read something like this and think it’s routine. For us, it isn’t.

Why CMARIX Leadership Is Traveling to the US in 2026

Over the past year, our team has had countless calls with business leaders across the US. Video calls work well for status updates and quick decisions, but they fall short when it comes to genuinely understanding where a business is headed and where it’s running into friction. The context that shapes a good partnership, the priorities behind a decision, the constraints nobody puts in an email, tends to come through far more clearly through direct conversation.

“The most successful partnerships for us from the USA began with a one-on-one discussion,” said Atman Rathod, who is an executive director of CMARIX. “With this visit, we can have a one-on-one meeting, learn their requirements, and identify areas for collaboration.”

This shift has been especially noticeable over the last year or two. AI has changed what businesses expect from a technology partner, and it’s changed quickly enough that many teams are still working out what they genuinely need versus what a vendor has pitched them. We’d rather hear that directly from the people making those decisions than rely on secondhand feedback.

Miami: September 14–22

For this part of the journey, Chirag Mudsa and Atman Rathod will meet with founders developing fintech solutions for the Latin American market, startups that have chosen Miami as their US base, and agencies that need extra engineering support to keep delivering work to clients. The aim is simple: have as many meetings as possible, see what’s hindering these people from making progress, and, quite frankly, see if we can help at CMARIX. Not all meetings should result in signing an agreement. We’ve built some of our most successful partnerships through meetings where we decided not to cooperate but kept in touch anyway.

New York: September 24 – October 1

New York presents a fresh list of priorities like business software buyers, existing SaaS firms, and agencies with client portfolios for whom delays mean something. The questions posed get harder. Do you meet our compliance requirements? Are you capable of growing with us beyond just this project? How do you plan to cope with our evolving roadmap that may shift in the process?

What This Trip Reflects About Our Approach

Unlike many business trips which have a specific goal, this one does not aim at making any particular deal happen. The objective of this trip is to help our leadership understand the current situation with businesses in the US, based on firsthand information gathered during the discussions. We value the relationships that come from inbound inquiries and the work our sales team does every day, and this trip is meant to complement that, not replace it, by adding a level of firsthand context that’s harder to get otherwise. It reflects how we like to build this company: through direct relationships, developed over time.

“The USA has always been one of our most active markets,” said Chirag Mudsa, CEO of CMARIX. “Meeting businesses and potential partners gives us a better understanding of their challenges, priorities, and plans, while creating opportunities to build stronger, long-term relationships.”

About CMARIX: AI and Software Development Expertise

CMARIX has been in this business since 2009, delivering over 2,000+projects for clients across 46+ countries. Our team includes more than 240 AI specialists, engineers, and designers working across AI, custom software development, product engineering, DevOps, and cloud. We also hold certifications like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, and CMMI Level 3 certifications, credentials that matter increasingly to healthcare and fintech organizations that must account for every vendor decision during an audit.

On the AI side specifically, our core offerings include:

AI ServiceDescription
AI Consulting ServicesHelping businesses assess where AI genuinely fits into their operations and build a practical roadmap for adoption.
LLM Development ServicesBuilding and customizing large language models tailored to enterprise data and use cases.
Generative AI SolutionsDesigning generative AI applications for content, automation, and product-level use cases.
AI Model Fine-TuningAdapting existing AI models to perform accurately on a business’s specific data and workflows.
NLP Development ServicesBuilding systems that process, interpret, and act on human language, from chatbots to document analysis.
AI Integration ServicesEmbedding AI capabilities into existing products, platforms, and workflows without disrupting what’s already running.

Many of the businesses we’ll be meeting in Miami and New York are actively working through decisions in one of these areas, whether that’s fine-tuning a model for their own data or figuring out where AI genuinely fits into an existing product.

However, we bring this up not to prove any credentials, but because it usually pre-empts a number of the questions that need to be qualified, and leaves us more time to discuss the things that really matter – your needs and whether we can help you with them.

Meet Our Leaders If You Are:

Connecting with leadership for various businesses

If your organization fits one of the following, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect:

  • A startup that needs an MVP built the first time correctly, not a prototype that requires rebuilding before launch
  • A SaaS or product team navigating platform modernization or AI integration on a timeline set by market pressure rather than internal readiness
  • An agency looking to augment its engineering capability without incurring the costs of recruiting internally
  • An enterprise or mid-sized business managing a vendor transition or modernization project, particularly where compliance or legacy systems are slowing progress

You can request a meeting through our USA business trip page, and we’ll make every effort to find time for you in either city.

Closing Note

We’ve made enough of these trips to know that not every conversation leads to an immediate outcome. Some take months to develop into something concrete. Others don’t go further at all. But several of our strongest US partnerships began exactly this way, with an open conversation and no fixed agenda beyond determining whether there was something worth building together.

That is our objective once more this September. Our leaders will be in Miami from September 14-22, and afterward in New York from September 24-October 1. If you’re in either city during those dates and would like to connect, we’d welcome the chance to speak with you.
